Great music, great food, great drinks, and amazing energy! Turning up during the day with the line dances and shifting to club energy at night was a great choice. The unlimited drinks and free meal were also completely worth it and affordable which elevated the experience. Overall, I would definitely go again!

Gorgeous!! I am considered plus size at around 2x and the boots still went high up my thigh. I got lots of compliments on them! They are also not to bad in regards to comfort. I was able to wear these around the office with no problem!
I get so many compliments from the unique earrings that I purchased from AfroSoca Love DC. There was a great selection of merchandise and food. The music, videos, and lighting created a super chic space. The DC venue was in an area of the city I hadn’t ventured to before.
Was only able to attend the market but I still loved. Everything was unique.
My daughters and I had a BLAST!!! The vendors were great and we spent WAY TOO MUCH!!! It was definitely an experience we would do again and I would recommend to others.

It was the WHOLE entire vibe fa' me!!! I enjoyed the many selections of all of the vendors, the food and drinks were great! Everyone was friendly.......and my daughter and I really enjoyed the henna tattoos!

Great event, Great people, and Great venue!
The DJs were amazing and kept the crowding moving. The marketplace the next day was amazing. The only complaint I have is that you had to pay for parking for both nights. Wish they had a $10 pass instead of $10 per night. $20 for the party and $5 for shopping. Felt like they were “nickel and dime-ing” me.
Food music and vendors was amazing!! I would go to the next one.

This was my first party that I went to in Charlotte and the glow sticks really set the party off had a great time. And then DJ was awesome and cute.
I had a great time and connected with some local Black Business owners that I wasn’t aware of. I made several purchases which included sea moss, CBD infused lavender lotion, zodiac necklaces and I absolutely love my earrings from Kenya Afro Soca Detroit was well worth my time!

Afro Soca Love parties are so fuckin’ fun! I go as often as I can and always meet some cool ass people when I’m there. The music is fire, the energy is lit and the community is so welcoming, it feels like home! I would go to an Afro Soca Love party over a club any day of the week.
